FANR ensures high standards of radiation protection for the use of ionising radiation in medicine and other industries.

Our team is responsible for assessing radiation protection policies and practices to be implemented in medical facilities and in radioactive management activities including the handling, pre-treatment, treatment, conditioning, transport, storage and disposal of radioactive facilities.

The team also assesses the radioactive facilities onsite and offsite emergency planning.
